Fiecare dintre noi visează să aibă succes în profesia lui, să îşi atingă obiectivele profesionale şi să aibă cariera la care a visat. Cu toate că muncim din greu, nu întotdeauna avem succes sau satisfactie profesională. Uneori ne explicăm realizările cuiva spunându-ne: „e omul cuiva” sau „a avut noroc”. Este suficient să aşteptăm ca succesul să ne surâdă? Este suficient să ne facem munca bine, pentru a evolua în cariera noastră? Uităm foarte des că oamenii de succes au muncit din greu ca să ajungă acolo unde sunt în momentul de faţă. De obicei nu vedem eforturile lor, vedem numai rezultatul final şi ne dorim ceea ce ei au acum. |

Vrei un job nou, ti-ai imbunatatit CV-ul si ai candidat la numeroase locuri de munca, ai urmat chiar si cateva cursuri de perfectionare. Ai facut toti pasii corecti pentru obtinerea unui interviu de angajare, asa ca un telefon din partea unui posibil angajator este efectul asteptat. Dupa ce ai fixat cu angajatorul data interviului de angajare, stabileste ce ai de facut in continuare. Aminteste-ti ca obtinerea jobului depinde de succesul acestui interviu de angajare. |

The idea of the bracelets came after Ms. Aucoin had depleted her entire savings and still hadn't had a job interview. The two women thought starting their own business might be the only way to earn a living, so they began to brainstorm ideas until the wristband came up. "We researched the cost and decided it was doable for our budget," says Ms. Bourn. Ms. Bourn used $1,000 of her savings to invest in the business, and Ms. Aucoin built a Web site for the product. The pair found a manufacturer that would customize the bracelets and ordered 500 Laid Off bracelets.
